Having a problem with a SD memorary card I have been using with my LX3.

After I downloaded some images to my computer and erased the card, the camera does not recognize the card when it is loaded. I receive a message the internal memorary is full. I can not take any pictures with the card in the camera. I took the card to a newly purchased Oly EPL-1 and that camera states there is no memorary card in the camera when I have placed the card in the memorary card slot.

Any ideas?

This has been the case with me too a couple of times, but I go over it by inserting the card before switching on the camera and after switching on the camera it shows that memory is not ready to be used and requires some basic installation and the camera installs it with the click of a button.
